1. Register before voting

Log in with LINE, Google or email.
One person, one account. Votes from bots, multiple accounts created to manipulate scores or temporary email addresses will be cancelled.
Vote in two places: on rendze.com or in the LINE app through LINE OA @rendze. Votes from both places are combined into one pool.

One free ballot per account per day. A new day starts at midnight Bangkok time (GMT+7).
Choose 1 to 7 trainees who have been revealed and are still competing. Each trainee you choose receives +1 point.
One Pick: When 11 or fewer trainees remain, free voting changes to choosing just one trainee and stays that way through the final.
Double Hour: Special periods announced in advance. Free votes cast during these periods count x2.
Every time you vote, you receive a receipt code. You can view past receipts on My Page.

Buy without a limit and pay through PromptPay. Cards enter your account wallet as soon as payment succeeds.
Use as many cards as you want for any trainee who has been revealed and is still competing, separately from your daily free vote.
Buy cards during Double Hour and receive x2 cards.
For every 10 baht spent on other shop products, receive 1 free vote card.
Every card use generates a receipt code starting with C-.
Cards can be used through the final day. Purchased cards are non-refundable.
Top Supporters: Each week, we show the nicknames of the top 10 fans who use cards for each trainee. Card quantities are not shown. If you prefer to hide your name, turn it off on My Page.
Members with a linked LINE or Google account may claim up to 7 free S1-WF cards for 7 different trainees, over several visits, until 29 Nov 2026 at 19:59 Bangkok time. Email-only accounts must link LINE or Google first. Each card includes both looks and a wallpaper. Only its owner may download personalised files.
Each card can be used once as 2 card votes for its trainee, only after reveal, while voting is open, and until 29 Nov 2026 at 19:59 Bangkok time. It receives a C- receipt and counts in the card share of the 50/50 score. Unrevealed trainees may be collected and kept until voting becomes available within that window.

Each trainee’s score = 50% of their share of free votes + 50% of their share of cards.
If no cards are used in a round, the score comes 100% from free votes.
Example: Trainee A receives 20% of all free votes and 10% of all cards. Score = (20% + 10%) ÷ 2 = 15%.
This formula gives equal power to fans who vote free every day and fans who buy cards. No one can buy the entire outcome.
Weekly winner bonus: The highest-scoring trainee in a round receives a 5% score increase in the next round. For example, 15% becomes 15.75%. Weekly winner: +5% next round and Center of next week’s stage

Results are announced on Sundays at 20:00, as ranks and percentages. Vote counts and card quantities are not disclosed during the season.
Every night, we publish the SHA-256 hash of the day’s receipts on the Transparency page to lock the data against retrospective changes.
Enter your receipt code on the Transparency page at any time to check that your vote was counted.
After the final, we release the full anonymized data so everyone can compare it with the hashes.

The system detects bots, temporary email addresses and unusual voting. Votes that break the rules will be cancelled and recorded on the Transparency page.
RENDZE staff never ask for passwords, OTP codes or money transfers through private chats. Payments are made only on rendze.com.
