01 Who we are
RENDZE ("we") is a virtual idol label based in Thailand. We are the data controller for this website and the PROJECT RENDER voting service. You can reach us at privacy@rendze.com.
02 What we collect at launch
- A hashed (one-way encrypted) ID from your login provider: LINE, Google, X or email. We never see or store your password.
- Your display name.
- Your daily votes, linked to your hashed ID so we can enforce one vote per day.
- Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type and time), kept for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
We do not collect your phone number, address, payment details or precise location at launch. If a future feature needs more data, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
03 Why we use it
- To run the vote and enforce one vote per account per day (performance of a contract).
- To prevent fraud, bots and duplicate accounts (legitimate interest).
- To send the LINE reminders you asked for (consent, which you can withdraw at any time by blocking the RENDZE LINE account).
04 Anonymous vote receipts
Each vote creates a receipt code that contains no name, ID or other personal data. Published vote files and daily hashes only include receipt codes, so no one can tell who voted for whom.
05 No sharing with sponsors
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with sponsors or advertisers. We only use service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting and login providers, under agreements that require them to protect your data.
06 How long we keep it
Account and vote data is kept for the length of the season and deleted within 90 days after the season ends. Anonymized vote files and hashes may be kept as a public record because they contain no personal data.
07 Your rights and deleting your account
- Ask for a copy of your data.
- Correct data that is wrong.
- Delete your account and data.
- Object to or restrict how we use your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
Once voting opens, you can delete your account in your account settings, or email privacy@rendze.com. We delete your data within 30 days of your request.
08 Age
PROJECT RENDER is for users aged 13 and over. If your local law requires a parent's consent at your age, please ask a parent or guardian before you sign up.
09 Cookies
We only use cookies that keep you logged in and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
10 Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date and announce the change on this site. Questions and requests: privacy@rendze.com.
